30 Day Return Policy
Shop with Confidence. Our 30 day policy - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately when your order arrives if you have a problem. We are more than happy to replace or exchange merchandise that you are not happy with or offer you a full refund upon return of the merchandise in original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items after 30 days due to our manufacturer's return policies. If the merchandise is covered by a manufacturer's warranty beyond the 30 day return period you will need to return the item directly to them. We will be more than happy to assist you if you need help. You must provide the packing slip with all returns. This will help to expedite your exchange or credit. If the merchandise is inspected and appears to be used or soiled in any way, we reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement.

If you are returning merchandise that was delivered defective or damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately so we can replace your merchandise as soon as possible. Be sure to check your order when you receive it for any possible damage or defect. These issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a full replacement. If you are returning merchandise for any reason other than defect please return via a tractable shipping method to: Returns Manager 1631 Old Airport Road West Plains, MO 65775. Your return will be refunded once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Damaged, soiled or otherwise used merchandise will not be refunded. Returns which are outside the 30 day return period will incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns with merchandise purchased through a free shipping offer will incur a 20% free shipping return fee. Holiday shipping extended return period: Any merchandise purchased November 15-December 24 may be returned or exchanged until January 31.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and arrive within 3-5 business days inside the 48 states. Shipments outside the 48 states do require extra delivery time. Shipments to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are subject to customs inspections and related delays. We provide tracking information and will assist with contacting the shipping carrier to determine expected delivery dates. These shipments may make 6-8 weeks depending. We do suggest using a freight forwarder with a U.S. address within the 48 states.
